Please take a moment to review our shipping and return policy, as it outlines important information regarding the delivery of your order and our return process.
Order Processing
Processing Times: We process orders 24/7, every day of the year.
Shipping
Shipping Times: Orders for in-stock items placed by 3 PM Eastern (12 PM Pacific), Monday–Friday, and by 1PM Eastern (10AM Pacific) Saturday (excluding holidays), typically ship the same day. Orders received outside these times are shipped the next business day. Items not in stock at the time of purchase are shipped as soon as they arrive from suppliers. For product-specific shipping details, please refer to the shipping notice for each listing.
Holidays & Unusual Events: Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. For specific timing requirements or concerns, please contact your dedicated sales representative or email us at sales@saturncalibration.com.
Shipping Methods: We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. The available methods for your order will be displayed at checkout. Please note that some shipping options may not apply to all products.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and shipping method selected for your order. Final costs are displayed during checkout.
Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping address is accurate to prevent delivery issues. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Changes to shipping details can be made up until you receive the tracking notification email. After that, you will need to contact the courier to request modifications.
Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed, allowing you to monitor its status. Orders received before the processing cutoff time ship same day. All others ship morning of the next business day.
Back Orders: For out-of-stock items, shipping and tracking information is typically provided as soon as the order is processed. However, shipment may take additional days or weeks. Updates will be provided when your package ships.
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages: If your package is missing, lost, or stolen, please contact your dedicated sales representative immediately. We will verify your tracking information and initiate an investigation with the courier. Please wait at least 7 business days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us, as tracking updates can sometimes be delayed even when the package is in transit. Investigations cannot begin until 7 business days have passed.
Once the courier completes their investigation, we will inform you of the resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or store credit. Customers found to have provided dishonest claims about lost or stolen packages will be permanently banned from using our services.
Returns
30-Day Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned products must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Refundable Items:
- Store Credit: Receive 100% of the purchase price (minus shipping costs) once we have inspect the returned item.
- Cash Refund: Receive a refund via your original payment method, minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Refund timing depends on the payment method used and will be initiated after our inspection of the returned item.
Non-Refundable Items: Items are not eligible for return if they cannot be resold as new due to missing parts, damage, wear, or lack of original packaging.
Exceptions: Certain products, including personalized or customized items, perishable goods, final sale items, and products in our “Materials” category, are non-returnable. Please review product descriptions or contact us with questions about refund eligibility before purchasing.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact your dedicated sales representative within 30 days of delivery. Detailed instructions for returning the item will be provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. At our discretion we will resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund.
